There are three types of person in the world—problem maker, problem spotter and problem solver. All of us are playing one or more roles of the above three from time to time.

The problem makers are always creating problems either deliberatly or unconsciously. Whether on purpose or not, and no matter what is your reason for doing it, the result turns out to be bad. Unfortunately, any of us must ever been a problem maker but only some of us keep being.

The problem spotters ususally have sharp eyes and sensitive minds so they are always good at finding problems. However, they are not so insterested in sloving them.

The problem solvers, who is the most admirable one of the above three and it is often referred as the capability of handling isuues for Chinese, are always handling with intractable difficulties industriously and tirelessly.

The problem makers are the poison and most dangerous one to any business or relationship. Try to avoid trapping with them and keep a certain distance. Always listen to the problem spotters, but never rely too much on them. Investigate the real situation yourself, and draw your own conclusion. In this way, you’ll benefit most from them. The problem solvers are definitely the highest rank to achieve because he has to bear well in mind the weakness of other two types of person and make advantage of their flaws in order to solve the problem. But this is indeed the right kind of person that we, as well as the society, need.

Try your best to become a problem solver, and you’ll be a success sooner or later.
